All sessions are conducted via secure telehealth video platform.

Please provide at least 48 hours notice to cancel your appointment. If less than 24 hours notice is given, the session fee will be charged.

I am currently a private pay or out-of-network provider for all other insurance companies.

I work with a biller who can check and submit for any reimbursable benefits on your behalf, so that you only pay your portion at the time of service. Feel free to reach out if you would like to get an estimate of your out-of-network benefits for treatment with me.

I also accept payment via credit card or HSA/FSA cards, and provide a superbill upon request.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services. You can ask your healthcare provider for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service, or at any time during treatment.
